1、建议三螺杆泵的安装位置，尽可能地靠近该三螺杆泵抽送介质的 供液源。三螺杆泵房应该明亮宽敞、干净、干燥，以便进行日常维护，并有足够的空间进行安装、维护与保养；

操作事项

Operating items
为了保证三螺杆泵的安全运转，*次启动前的zui终检查是非常必要的，下面所列设备交付正常运转所必须检查的几项内容：

1、检查所有管道：管道是否都有独立与三螺杆泵的单独支撑，并保证对三螺杆泵不施加额外的力，管道以及其它附件的结合处是否有泄漏，所有管道是否都已冲洗干净。阀门以及控制仪器是否都起作用，过滤器的网目是否符合要求；

3、检查进出口压力表以及其它仪表是否工作正常；

4、检查所有管道、电缆、控制线以及附属设备；

5、当三螺杆泵轴承为外置时，应检查齿轮箱内的油位是否达到规定的位置，过量的齿轮油会引起齿轮油的过热；

6、检查三螺杆泵轴的转动：用手转动联轴器，检查三螺杆泵轴联轴器与电机轴是否均匀地转动，如果有任何的磨擦与咬合，则不应交付使用，应该查出故障原因并排除；

8、打开管路所有阀门，保证整个输送管道底畅通；

10、启动电机检查装置是否有异常噪声与震动。任何异常的震动和声音的改变必须寻清原因，并加以排除；

11、如需停三螺杆泵应先断开电机电源再停三螺杆泵，然后关闭进、出口管道上闸阀。

HSD系列三螺杆泵是我公司顺应市场及客户需求而专门设计研发的一种效率高、噪音低、用途广、寿命长的产品，它特别适合黏度在380cst ~ 460cst以上无固体颗粒、无腐蚀性介质的输送。产品按照GB/T10886-2002设计生产。

一、结构特点

1、HSD系列三螺杆泵由特殊形状螺旋型面构成，是一种*的定量容积泵。工作时，主动螺杆在原动机的带动下转动，其运动的密封腔室把液体由进口吸入并沿轴向连续无脉动的输送到出口。在整个输送过程中，由于密封腔的体积没有发生变化，对所输送的介质不压缩，因此该泵运行平稳，噪音低、振动小，流量也稳定；
   2、主、从动螺杆采用轴向低压平衡。主、从动螺杆在运转中处于受拉状态，因而螺杆不易变形；从动螺杆由液压力驱动旋转，主、从动螺杆间无接触，因此螺杆无磨损；
   3、泵体为双层结构，夹层可以通加热介质对泵内介质进行加热保温；
   4、泵进出口方向可根据用户要求进行变换，有后进上出（基型）、上进上出、左进上出、右进上出等等（详见代号说明），便于用户现场配管。
   5、产品结构简单，机械效率高，维修方便，自吸能力强，使用寿命长；

安装形式：H表示为卧式安装 F表示为支架式安装
密封形式：N表示为轴承内置、机械密封（可省略） 
          W1表示为轴承外置、机械密封
         加热要求：无符号表示无需加热，R表示加热
         进出口方向（在驱动端看）：无符号（基型）表示后进上出，
           HY表示后进右出（限支架式），
           HZ表示后进左出（限支架式）
           S表示上进上出，SY表示上进右出（限支架式）
           SZ表示上进左出（限支架式）
           Z表示左进上出，ZY表示左进右出（限支架式）
           ZZ表示左进左出（限支架式）
