A visual inspection system for automotive parts developed by the armor automation technicians. The system includes an optical imaging system, an image acquisition device, an image processing system, an inligent decision determination mechanism, and a control execution mechanism, wherein the image acquisition device and the image processing system are simultaneously connected to the communication and monitoring system; and the control actuator is controlled by the control system.
