用途

适用于BOPP/PVC/PE/透明胶带/美纹纸/双面胶带/牛皮纸胶带等之分切。

特点

1．主机传动部分：采用AC马达搭配变频器作为切卷材料传动，加减速稳定。

2．控制单元：使用可程序控制，同轴中可设定多种尺寸自动转换切割。

3．操作面板部分：操作接口采用LCD触控屏10寸，可直接在屏幕上设定各种切卷条件及监控运转状况。

4．电机控制系统：控制系统为PLC可程式控制器，同轴中可设定多种尺寸，切割时可根据设定好的尺寸及数量自动调整切割宽度。

5．切卷定位系统：使用三菱伺服马达控制，精度滚珠螺杆进行尺寸定位及使用线性滑轨承载刀座;定位动作精确平顺。

6．进刀定位系统：使用三菱伺服马达控制进刀方式，可拟人化做三段式速度进刀切卷。提高效率并得到品质。

7．圆刀角度调整：使用三菱伺服马达计算圆刀角度转向，因应不同材料做不同角度变化(角度调整范围±8°) 当切割平面不佳时，可直接变换切割角度。可减少换刀次数，提高生产效率。

8．自动换卷装置:使用气缸驱动定位齿利用活动花键进行传动,保证换卷快速精确;同时可以作到不停机换卷，节约停机上下料的停机时间，提高生产效率。

9．快速换轴装置：本机器有三种切割轴可供选用，采用快速换轴方式，因应不同材料需求。

FD-1300 Four-shaft Auto Roll Cutting Machine

Application

Suitable for cutting BOPP tape, PVC insulation tape, masking tape, double sided tape, duct tape, medical tape, etc.

Feature

1. Main driving part	Taiwan AC motor with inverter is employed.
2. Central control unit	Programmable central control is used and 20 sizes can be set on the same shaft for auto transfer and cutting.
3. Operating panel	All functions are operated on the 10" LCD touch panel.
4. Motor control system	The central control system is PLC programmable controller.
5. Cutting positioning system:	Cutting positioning is controlled by Mitsubishi servo motor. The imported high precision ball screw is applied to set the size and the linear slide rail is to bear the load of the cutter seat.
6. Blade feeding positioning system	Blade feeding is controlled by Mitsubishi servo motor, and the cutting speed is adjustable in three stages.
7. Auto angle adjustment of circular blade	Mitsubishi servo motor is used to calculate the circular blade angle and the angle change is subject to different materials (the angle change range is ±8°).
8. Auto exchange device	Cylinder-driven position spline gear is used to ensure fast & precise exchange; non-stop machine to save material loading & unloading time and improve efficiency.
9. Quick shaft change system:	Three kinds of shafts are available and quick change of shafts is applied for different materials.
