DL-D断裂力和连接牢固度测试仪

采用5.7英寸(320×240) PLC多彩液晶显示屏，中文菜单显示。采用数字闭环控制，AD采集速度为500KHz，内码50万；高精度时钟芯片，断电存储；PLC控制动态显示加载力值；过载报警停机保护；公称规格、测试、上行、下行、时间、标定。可与上位微机通讯，方便实验数据处理；由键盘控制液晶显示屏上的菜单，机载打印测试数据，实时显示拉力.

该测试仪是依据YY0321中的有关断裂力和牢固度的试验方法而设计制造的。用于测试麻醉包的导管断裂力，导管和导管接头的连接牢固度，的针座与针管，衬芯与衬芯座的连接牢固度。

拉断力测试范围：0～80N，      误差不大于±1%，分辨率0.01N。

时间设定：1-999S，             误差不大于±0.5S。

速度设定：50mm/min~500mm/min 误差不大于±5%。；

打印方式： 每次可打印8次、10次测试数据或13次测试数据及平均刺穿力和偏差值。

The tester is designed and manufactured according to the test method of fracture force and firmness in YY0321. It is used to test the breaking force of the catheter of the anesthesia bag, the connection firmness of the catheter and the connector of the catheter, the connection firmness of the needle seat and the needle tube of the anesthesia needle, and the connection firmness of the liner core and the liner core seat.

Test range of breaking force: 0-80n, error no more than ± 1%, resolution 0.01N.

Time setting: 1-999s, the error is not greater than ± 0.5s.
