扇形闸门广泛应用于建材、冶金、矿山、化工、电力等行业，是各类落料系统的控制装置。
The valve is widely used in building material, metallurgy, mining, chemical, electric power industries etc. It is the control equipment of dropping material system.
结构特点:
Structure characteristic:
结构简单，由优质钢板焊接而成，具有开启灵活、无卡阻等特点。配有传动定位装置，可随时根据工况需要确定闸门的开启角度，调节物料流量。特别适用于无粘度的固体粉料及小于Φ30mm颗粒料、晶体料的输送。
This valve is welded in fine steel. It has the features of simple structure, ease to open and close and no obstruction etc. Determine the open angle of valve and adjust material flow according to the working condition with transmission orientation device. It is especially suitable to transport non-glutinosity solid powder and grain, crystalloid material less than Φ30mm.

工作原理：
Working principle:
扇形闸门由本体、扇形闸板、轴、密封副、执行机构等部件构成。手动或执行机构推动摇杆使扇形闸板沿轴心旋转开启，物料随即下落。待接料装置满载后再推动摇杆使扇形闸板复位，关闭截断下落的物料。
The valve is made up of body disc, axle, seal, actuator etc. Manus or actuator drives rocker to make the disc rotate and open along axis and then material drop. Push rocker rotate to make the disc replace after fill up the device and cut down the dropping material.
使用说明：
Usage explanation:
l 安装时请注意闸门本体上标明介质流向，两法兰连接时必需加密封垫片，然后均匀锁紧螺栓。
l 运行时请辨清扇形闸板开关方向。执行机构请正确接线。
l 若长期存放应使设备处于关闭状态，各传动部位加润滑油，不允许露天存放或堆置。
l Pay attention to the direction of medium in valve body. Add seal cushion between two flanges connection and screw down bolt
l Please identify the direction of switch of disc. Actuator must be connected exactly.
l Add lubricant to transmission part when valve is long stored. It should not be placed or piled up in the open air.

l 表格中未列规格、用于特殊介质或其它特殊要求，请与我公司经销部、技术部联系，可为您另行设计、制造。
l Please indicate the type, model and technical parameter (using temperature, working condition of equipment, characteristic of medium and product material etc) referring to the product sample when you place an order.
l Product legend in the sample and electric device listed in table is the basic normal collocation of our company without any corresponding accessory. If you have especial demａnd (anti-explosion, outdoors etc), please indicate it in the contract.
l If you have other special demand, need special medium or the spec that is not listed in the table, please contact with our department of market and technology. We can design and manufacture for you especially.
