★试验机必须在接地标志处可靠接地（线径不小于1.5mm）；

★每次试验后，应将试验机打扫干净，尤其应将夹具及其导轨上的沙子清理干净；

★每一年应将齿轮箱侧盖板卸下，在齿轮上加适量锂基润滑脂。
