欧陆科仪于1971年创立，原名欧陆电子控制仪器有限公司，是英国上市公司 -- Eurotherm Ltd.的附属机构，旨在更有效地在香港及东南亚经销母公司的工业控制仪器，其后更于1973 年将业务覆盖范围扩展至中国大陆。

八十年代初期，公司开始把由美国、欧洲及日本制造的高科技仪器经销国内。1988 年，公司改组分拆为欧陆电子控制仪器（国际）有限公司及欧陆电子控制仪器（远东）有限公司两间机构，以求为不断增长的客户提供更佳服务。

1994 年，公司管理层购入所有欧陆电子控制仪器（远东）有限公司的股权，并改名为欧陆科仪（远东）有限公司，且一直沿用至今。

欧陆科仪并且为水、污水处理厂和环境保护监察站制造分析仪器和测试器材。

欧陆科仪以香港为发展基地，产品经销遍及中国及香港。加上透过在专为高增长科技公司融资的美国 NASDAQ市场成功上市（投资者联系），我们本身的雄厚实力及国际竞争力获得进一步肯定。

我们于中国多个主要城市均设有代表办事处。

未来计划与动向

中国的第十二个五年计划极度重视环境的改善及保护, 再者, 中国近年出现了十分突显的缺水问题, 因此我们意识到环境科仪及污染控制设备, 尤其是污水处理和食水处理方面的设施, 有强大的市场潜力。

为了使我们能充分准备以应付预计的需求, 我们提出了两大重点作为未来的发展计划:

一.为开发本公司专有的环保科仪;

二.为探索在中国具策略性的城市成立以特许专营权方式经营的科仪零售网络的可行性。
