铝的阳极氧化膜是在阳极氧化过程中生成的，这层氧化膜具有防护、装饰和其它实用性能。铝材阳极氧化膜，靠吸附染料而着色。这种阳极氧化膜是某种特定铝材在某种合适的电解液（通常以有机酸为基）中在电解作用下，由合金本身自发地生成一种带色的阳极氧化膜。阳极氧化膜的着色，通过氧化膜的空隙被金属或金属氧化物电沉积而着色。铝材阳极氧化后的特性为耐磨、耐蚀，至于外观是次要的或无关紧要的。铝材阳极氧化之后进行水合封孔处理，以减少氧化膜中的空隙及吸附能力。阳极氧化膜由两层组成，外层称为多孔层，较厚、疏松多孔、电阻低。内层称为阻挡层(亦称活性层)，较薄、致密、电阻高。多孔的外层是在具有介电性质的致密的内层上成长起来的。总体而言，铝材阳极氧化膜是六角柱体的列阵，每一个柱体都要一个充满溶液的星型小孔，形似蜂窝状结构，孔壁的厚度孔隙直径的两倍。氧化膜的大部分优良特性，如抗蚀、耐磨、吸附、绝缘等性能都是由多孔外层的厚度及孔隙率所决定的，然而这两者却与铝材阳极氧化的条件密切相关, 因此可通过改变阳极化条件来获得满足不同使用要求的膜层。经过铝合金阳极氧化设备处理后的铝型材产品，其耐蚀性、耐磨性和装饰性都有明显的改善和提高，大大提高了阳极氧化设备的使用寿命。

The anodic oxide film of aluminum is formed in the process of anodic oxidation, which has protective, decorative and other practical properties. Anodized aluminum film, colored by dye adsorption. This kind of anodic oxide film is a kind of colored anodic oxide film spontaneously generated by the alloy itself under the action of electrolysis in a suitable electrolyte (usually based on organic acid). Coloring of anodic oxide film, coloring by electrodeposition of metal or metal oxide through the gap of oxide film. The characteristics of aluminum after anodizing are wear resistance and corrosion resistance, and the appearance is secondary or irrelevant. After anodizing, the aluminum material is hydrated and sealed to reduce the voids and adsorption capacity in the oxide film. The anodic oxide film is composed of two layers. The outer layer is called porous layer, which is thick, loose and porous with low resistance. The inner layer is called barrier layer (also called active layer), which is thin, dense and has high resistance. The porous outer layer grows on a dense inner layer with dielectric properties. In general, the aluminum anodizing film is an array of hexagonal cylinders. Each cylinder needs a star shaped hole filled with solution, which looks like a honeycomb structure. The thickness of the hole wall is twice the diameter of the hole. Most of the excellent properties of the oxide film, such as corrosion resistance, wear resistance, adsorption, insulation, etc., are determined by the thickness and porosity of the porous outer layer. However, these two properties are closely related to the anodizing conditions of aluminum. Therefore, the film that meets different application requirements can be obtained by changing the anodizing conditions. The corrosion resistance, wear resistance and decoration of aluminum profile products treated by aluminum alloy anodizing equipment have been significantly improved, which greatly improves the service life of anodizing equipment.
