德国 Kerafol KERATHERM GFL3030 silicone elastomers 双组分导热胶

是一种陶瓷填充的有机硅弹性体，以两种组分1:1比例通过混合管混合，并可直接应用到产品上（例如金属外壳），由点胶系统完成。电子器件（IGBT，电容器，芯片等）在轻微的压力下连接到尚未固化的GFL产品上，可以使双组分导热胶均匀分布，从而产生确定的厚度和可重复的电气及热参数，连接固化在室温下进行持续约一个小时，但可根据客户要求定制固化。

对比基于聚氨酯或环氧树脂的产品相比，含硅GFL3030可以更好地吸收和补偿振动，GFL的高柔软度有利于这种效果。此外，GFL的低粘度允许简单的可加工性并对点胶系统有温和的影响。
