冷柜(卧式)

▌涂层机涂抹了巧克力或奶油夹心料后需要进冷柜冷藏，使威化饼口感松脆表面光洁，以及保存时间更长。保温采用冰箱保温技术，保温效果好，节能。该冷却器采用制冷压缩机，内部温度可在13ºC至15ºC之间调节。 用于冷却夹有奶油的威化夹层，整个外壳由304不锈钢压缩板，进出输送带采用食品级PU。 为保持空气质量，冷空气的每一个进出都有过滤网过滤空气中的杂质，达到食品卫生安全标准。
