Ws-erd1000 series programmable DC feedback load can not only simulate various load characteristics, but also feed back electric energy to the power grid without pollution. It is the inevitable trend of the development of electronic load at present. Compared with ordinary resistive load, its working mode is to recycle the output energy of the tested power supply on the premise of completing the test power experiment by using power electronic conversion technology, which not only saves energy, but also does not produce a lot of heat, and avoids the problem of increasing the ambient temperature of the test site. The electronic load does not convert the test power into heat energy, so there is no need to use a bulky resistance box and cooling equipment, saving the installation space. Because the energy feedback method is adopted, the test site does not need to be equipped with large power capacity, which reduces the cost of power supply capacity.

Programmable DC feedback load adopts four quadrant PWM rectifier and interleaved parallel DCDC conversion two-stage circuit to output DC with high precision and high power quality; The main control part adopts full digital circuit design, and the main control chip adopts TI DSP chip to realize high dynamic response and meet the test needs of customers.
The load is composed of two-way three-phase full bridge inverter unit and DCDC unit, with built-in power frequency transformer. DCDC circuit can raise the input DC voltage into high voltage to supply three-phase full bridge circuit. Therefore, the DC input range of power supply is wide and can meet the input range of 24-800v; The load itself supports two-way energy flow, and can set a variety of working modes, which can be used in different test occasions.
Bidirectional DCDC circuit adopts interleaving parallel technology, with small DC ripple and high precision, and the power supply meets the requirements of high-precision test; The four quadrant PWM rectifier adopts SVPWM control mode, which has high AC power factor, small output current harmonic and high conversion efficiency.
