电站用高压穿墙套管分为户内和户外两大类，有铜导体、铝导体及不带导体的母线式穿墙套管三种结构，并有普通型和耐污型两大类产品。

四、使用环境
1）户内套管Indoor bushing
a)环境温度不高于+40℃，不低于-40℃；

七、特点及结构简介 Characteristics and structure
套管由瓷套、安装法兰及导电部分装配而成，母线穿墙套管不带导电部分。瓷套与法兰固定方式，除35kV高原型以及部分耐污型产品采用机械卡装外，其余均用水泥胶合剂胶装；铜质电杆采用定心垫圈和螺母固定，铜、铝导电排采用定心垫圈和开口销固定。对母线穿墙套管所带安装用夹板，出厂时未加工开口尺寸，以便用户根据实际选用的母线规格型式自行确定开口尺寸。瓷件表面一般上棕釉。安装法兰一般采用灰铸铁，但电流等级为1500A及以上产品的法兰、端帽及定心垫圈采用硅铝合金，以降低套管在*工作下的发热温度。各种黑色金属附件表面涂灰磁漆。

套管导电部分，过去只采用铜导体。由于铜材价格较贵，同时电材部分亦普遍使用铝导体，因此，通过试验研究发展了铝导体产品系列。采用铝导体后不但可节省大量铜材，还可节省需经特别加工的铜铝过渡端子，相应降低了产品成本；从性能来说，由于铝导体与母线连接的导电接触面积比原有铜导杆大，克服了以往铜导杆接触面积太小而产生温升过高的缺点。我厂整个穿墙套管系列产品主要系铝导体，手册中仍保留3、10、35kV级400～1500A带螺母的圆铜导电杆穿墙套管，供维修使用。供特需的2000A铜导体穿墙套管，我厂已发展四孔板抱紧式端子结构，运行可靠。 套管接线端子的尺寸规格符合GB5273《变压器、高压电器和套管的接线端子》 的规定，可保证互换。
