Brief Introduction of Product

增安型防爆接线盒符合GB83836.3-2000的防爆规定，在II类1区和2区防爆场所供并联带安装用。
Incremental safety explosion proof junction box complies with the requirements specified in G83836.3-2000.This is applied in Zone 2, Grade II, for parallel connection cable purpose.
隔爆型防爆接线盒符合GB83836.2-2000的防爆规定，在II类1区和2区防爆场所供串联带安装用。
Flameproof enclosure junction box complies with the requirements specified in G83836.3-2000. This is applied in Zone 1,2, Grade II, for series connection cable purpose.

4.产品安装注意事项

Points to Be Noticed for Product Installation

	（1）发现接线盒外壳有变形、裂痕和损坏、应停止使用。
	Where there is distortion,crack or damage on the junction box,it must be stopped using.
	（2）安装时应防止电热丝和外编织铜丝及芯线之间的短路。
	When installing,avoid any short circuits between electric heating wires, braided copper wires and core wires.
	（3）应按电热带的型号选用所附适当的密封圈。
	Choose proper sealing rings according to the types of electric heating cables

1.产品概述

General Description

防爆温度控制器符合GB3836.2-2000的防爆规定，防爆标志为ExdIIBT4。在 II 类一区、二区危险场所供温控器与电伴热带配套使用，用于自动控制管线或罐体温度。

The explosion proof temperature controller complies with the requirements specified in G83836.2 … 2000. The explosion proof mark is Exd II BT4.The temperature controller is used combined with electric heating cable in Zone 1, 2,Grade II. It is applied to controlling temperature automatically of pipes or tanks.

3.产品工作原理及安装

Product Working Principle and Installation

	温控器中感温包接触到的被控介质温度升高时，感温包中的液体受热膨胀，当被控介质超过设定温度时，触点断开，系统自动切断电源、停止伴热。此时，感温包温度慢慢降低，被控温度低于设定温度时触点重新闭合，又自动恢复送电。
	The temperature sensor in temperature controller feels the temperature 0fthe controlled media increases, the liquid in the tensor swells. When the temperature 0fthe media exceeds the set point, the connecting point will separate, and then the power will be switched off and the heating stopped, And then the temperature decline slowly,ifbelow the set point, the connecting point will connect again and power connection is recovered,
	温控器安装时感温包只能水平安装和垂直向下安装，否则会出现温度不稳定现象。
	When installing temperature controller,temperature sensor shall be put horizontally and vertically,Otherwise the temperature is unstable
	先检查温控器通、断正常后，才能安装。
	Install only after check the connection and break of temperature controller is normal

铝胶带为厚0.06mm、宽50mm的铝箔带基上涂覆一层特殊的胶粘剂，每卷50米。它主要用于固定电热带和温控器的感温包，增大散热面，提高传热效果。

The tape is aluminum sheet,with thickness 0.06mm and width 50mm and length 50m per roll,and with special adhesive gulue on base.It is mainly used for fixing electric heating cable and temperature sensor,to expanding heat conducting area and enhance heat transmitting effect.

耐热胶带为厚 0.2mm 、宽 20mm 的玻璃纤维带基上涂覆一层特殊的胶粘剂，每卷20米。电热带用铝胶带安装后，沿管道径向每隔0.6m用该胶带再次固定牢。一般每个点应缠绕4/3圈。

This adhesive tape is a kind of glass fiber with special adhesive,with thickness 0.2mm and width 20mm and length 20m per roll.After the electric heating cable is installed with aluminum adhesive tape,the tape is used radially along the pipe to fix cable tightly in every 0.6m interval.Every point shall be wound 4/3 circles.

管卡由不锈钢带和调节螺丝组成，用它将防爆接线盒或温控器固定在管道上。安装前，先按实际长度放长20mm后剪下钢带，再将调节螺丝放在钢带二头的小孔内，然后拧紧调节螺丝。

Pipe screw is consisted of stainless steel belt and adjusting bolt.It is used to fix explosion proof junction box or temperature controller to pipes.Before installing,cut steel belt according to actual length plus 20mm,then put the bolt in small holes and tighten the bolts.
