搭载6倍光学变焦镜头 全自动应力仪PTC-9S是全自动检测具有应力与双折射的透明物体内部的光程差和慢轴方向的2次元定量测量装置。 目前，应力和双折射的定量测量主要以肉眼观测的塞纳蒙法仪器为主。zui近，本公司研发的，只要手动旋转检偏镜的半自动塞纳蒙法也已经普及。 塞纳蒙法是通过检测者旋转检偏镜，测量部位由zui亮变成zui暗的状态，定量检测光程差的检测方式。但是，以往的肉眼观测型，根据测量环境和测量者的不同，明亮度的判别会有偏差。另外，半自动测量的精度与肉眼观测相比有所改善，但是测量部位限于图像中特定的一部分。 本装置是在直线偏光板和1/4波长板组成的圆偏光板上放置样品的，可以直接开始测量。因此熟练者和初学者没区别，都可以简单进行光程差和慢轴方向的定量测量。另外，不仅可以测特定部位，使用内置CCD相机，每个像素单位都可以测量。因此光程差和慢轴方向可以在显示器上显示2次元图像，分布状态也可以一目了然。 拍摄镜头搭载6倍光学倍率的变焦镜头，测量范围在60mm-10mm内变化任意大小，适合小型样品的测量。 因为连接电脑容易记录测量数据与观测图像。 光源采用高亮度的LED灯，寿命长又省电，所以削减更换光源的时间和运行成本。 测量方法采用固定圆偏光板，旋转检偏镜的方法。 光线经过直线偏光+1/4波长板变成圆偏振光，放置有应力的样品，双折射的慢轴快轴间产生光程差，变成椭圆偏振光。然后旋转检偏镜，椭圆偏振光内，偏振光透射轴和平行光以直线偏振光方式通过。此时可以看到通过检偏镜的光强度依据光程差和慢轴方向随着检偏镜角度变化有所变化。全自动应力仪测量一次预定的四个角度有相机拍照，从各个角度的光强度得出偏振光状态（楕圆率和椭圆斜度）。 然后，检测不放置样品和放置样品时，从各个偏光状态的不同，算出光程差的大小和慢轴方向。 产品规格 项目 规格 外观尺寸（主体） W200ⅹD280ⅹH595mm 重量（主体） 11kg 圆偏光板尺寸 W70ⅹD70 测量空间高度 0-70mm 检测方法 旋转检偏镜法 光源波长 590nm 反复测量精度 （标准偏差） 1nm 测量范围 可变（60ⅹ60-10ⅹ10mm） 有效像素（pixel） 1100ⅹ1100 光源 高亮度LED 电源 输入：AC100～240VAC 50/60Hz 输出：24VDC 1.5A 构成 测量主体、PC、电线类 附属品 主体套、AC适配器 对应OS Windows7(64bit)/ Windows8(64bit) 遮光测量 为了遮光，安装了不拉下遮挡框就不能检测的结构。 这样，排除了不必要的光，可以得出稳定的精度。 用途 定量测量玻璃产品的残余应力 检测塑料产品的应力 检测结晶材料有无应力 关于样品 因为使用590nm的光源，不透光的样品不能检测 另外、透光率低的产品或者因漫反射导致透明度低的样品也不能检测

Innovation
PTC always assigns priority to independent innovation since established. Kunshan R & D center and Shenzhen R & D center have been established successively. Based on the major core technology optic detection and machine vision, and combining with precise automation mechanic, optical imaging taking system,?logical calculus, information flow of Industry 4.0 and large-data processing and other industries to develop automatic optical measuring instruments, which replaces traditional visual inspection and helps clients to solve producing and quality problems. PTC has been committed to develop domestic professional AOI brand, which covers lots of product fields including glass, PCB, optical film and flat-panel displays and other industries.

凭借*的研发制造技术，先后研制了表面应力仪、内应力仪、测量仪、多功能检测一体机以及自动化光学检测设备等具有高水准的产品。2015年“ASM100全自动玻璃表面应力仪”获得*产品认定证书。同年此项目入选江苏省科技项目，并获得相应的创新资金。目前公司主要产品有3大系列，涵盖近30多个品种。申请国家200多项，已获授33项，其中发明3项，实用新型30项。产品登记的软件著作权总计6项。
Advanced products
PTC has researched and developed lots of products with top technology including: Surface stress meter, Internal stress meter, Measuring instrument, Multi-function all-in-one machine and automatic on-line defect detection based on the advanced ?R & D and manufacturing technology. In 2015,?“ASM 100 Full-automatic glass surface stress meter?”?has obtained certification of High and New technology products. In the same year, the project has been selected into Jiangsu science and technology project and gained the?relevant innovative funds. At present, there are 3 major series products at , covering nearly 30 varieties.
