自主创新
公司自成立以来,始终把自主创新放在企业发展的首要位置。先后成立了昆山研发中心和深圳研发中心,主要以机器视觉(Machine Vision)为核心技术,结合精密自动化机械、光学取像系统、逻辑演算技术、工业4.0信息流及大数据处理等核心科技,开发自动化光学检测设备以取代传统人工目检,协助客户解决生产制程与质量问题。产品已覆盖玻璃、PCB、光学膜、平面显示器等产业领域。
Innovation
PTC always assigns priority to independent innovation since established. Kunshan R & D center and Shenzhen R & D center have been established successively. Based on the major core technology optic detection and machine vision, and combining with precise automation mechanic, optical imaging taking system,?logical calculus, information flow of Industry 4.0 and large-data processing and other industries to develop automatic optical measuring instruments, which replaces traditional visual inspection and helps clients to solve producing and quality problems. PTC has been committed to develop domestic professional AOI brand, which covers lots of product fields including glass, PCB, optical film and flat-panel displays and other industries.

凭借*的研发制造技术,先后研制了表面应力仪、内应力仪、测量仪、多功能检测一体机以及自动化光学检测设备等具有高水准的产品。2015年“ASM100全自动玻璃表面应力仪”获得*产品认定证书。同年此项目入选江苏省科技项目,并获得相应的创新资金。目前公司主要产品有3大系列,涵盖近30多个品种。申请国家200多项,已获授33项,其中发明3项,实用新型30项。产品登记的软件著作权总计6项。
Advanced products
PTC has researched and developed lots of products with top technology including: Surface stress meter, Internal stress meter, Measuring instrument, Multi-function all-in-one machine and automatic on-line defect detection based on the advanced ?R & D and manufacturing technology. In 2015,?“ASM 100 Full-automatic glass surface stress meter?”?has obtained certification of High and New technology products. In the same year, the project has been selected into Jiangsu science and technology project and gained the?relevant innovative funds. At present, there are 3 major series products at , covering nearly 30 varieties. PTC has already applied more than 200 patents and has obtained 33 authorized patents, in which there are 33 invention patents and 30 utility models. There are 6 items of software copyright

维修保养
一般情况下只要保持机器干净,放置的环境干燥即可,不需要特别保养,如果光学元件有损坏才需要维修。棱镜清洗液体可清洗相机或者透镜,可用不起毛的棉布沾着擦拭或用软刷。
换灯
如果要换纳灯或钨丝灯,就要旋开四个角的螺丝钉,打开灯箱的前盖。
打开前盖之前,必须确保断开电源,前盖合上之前,螺丝钉拧紧之前也不要插电源。

塑料光盘退火应力检测仪S-600

该款双折射应力仪可以用光双折射法快速准确的检测出未经加工的透明光盘。
该款仪器使用方便,测量速度快,并且方便携带。
钠灯和白光灯放置于有风扇冷却装置的灯箱内。

该款仪器测量精度为±1.6NM
使用的检测原理是Senarmont补偿法,用旋转度数表现迟缓,该读书可以由一个简单的方程式换算成纳米:
纳米迟缓率  =     度数     ×    波长
                  180
在钠灯光源下,589.3 nm波长 , 等式如下:
钠米迟缓率 =   3.274  ×  度数
下面的表格给出了迟缓度数从0到30之间相对应的纳米迟缓数值。

操作
操作方法如下:
1.将仪器上的插头接入电源;
2.打开钠灯(开关上标有“Na”);
3.把光盘放到检测的位置;
4.检查仪器上方分析器的刻度,调整到0;
5.用小指在光盘的边缘轻轻旋转光盘,直到双折射处于水平轴,可以在分析器中观测。zui亮的点或区域的双折射zui大,一般位于固定轴的左右手边;
6.用栓子旋转分析器直到zui上面的点或区域达到极限(zui黑) ,度上直接读取迟缓度数,度数可以用给出的等式或者下面的对照表来转化成纳米;
7.移光盘,放置下一个光盘进行检测。
注解:若旋转光盘到可以把的某点处于水平轴的位置,那么光盘上的任何一点的迟缓都可以检测。
说明
白光可以迅速穿透光盘zui亮的区域。
必须小心检测的时候不要让操作员的手温传递到光盘上。温度的变化会影响双折射。操作员检测的时候戴上棉质手套。
维修保养
