一、养护室控制仪，新标准BYS系列养护室自动控制仪、三件套技术参数

BYS-3水泥混凝土养护室控制仪是本公司按照国家对水泥混凝土及水泥制品等试样的标准养护要求而设计制造的。它适用于各水泥制品厂和建筑施工单位、公路桥梁工程单位以及有关科研质检部门对水泥、混凝土、水泥制品试样进行强度、定型性凝结时间作标准养护。

三、、三件套结构与原理：

1、控制器由空调（用户自配）、不锈钢加热水箱、大型负离子加湿器组成。造型美观，耐腐蚀性好。

2、温湿度控制仪采用全集成电路数字显示。具有分辨率高、直观、调节方便、控制精度高等优点。

3、制冷系统用窗式空降温，使温差减少，温度更加稳定。

4、加温采用电加热管，大功率的加热管能迅速将箱内温度提高到设定温度，利用加热产生的气体作为加湿辅助补充。

5、加湿采用*的负离子加湿器，它具有自动恒湿控制加湿为雾状,确保室内湿度≥90%，比目前广泛采用的喷淋加湿方法更胜*。

、三件套工作原理

当室内温度高于设定温度时温控器控制制冷，当室内湿度低于设定湿度时，温控器制加温加湿系统工作，反复循环将温湿度控制在设定的的温湿度范围内，为了避免温控器继电器频繁动作，出厂前温控仪调*限21℃、下限19℃，一般不要改动。

使用说明：

1、将控制置于通风干燥的工作环境，安放平稳后，检查各种电源是否在运输过程中脱落，并用*表检测一下是否有连壳现象，一切正常后，按接线图接线。

2、将水管一头固定在自来水，链接开关内接，打开水加水（水箱和加湿器都配有自动开关）。

3、将传感器（探头）直挂在养护室内，并在湿度传感器上注满水。

4、依次按动电源、加热、制冷、加湿按钮，仪器随即进入工作状态（寒冷天气、温度过低、本加热器外应付加装加热器）。

5、调节温湿控制器设定所需的数值。

建议：当室内温度高于设定温度时，可选择制冷，将加热关闭，反之则将制冷关闭。

当环境温度在设定温度上下波动时，应选择制冷与加热同时工作。

、三件套注意事项：

1、仪器安放平稳接地可靠，控制器前端应加装220V、3KW稳压器。

2、加热水箱内不得断水。

3、仪器在设定温度±1℃，动作不故障。

4、当电源波动超过±10%时应使用稳压器。

5、任何情况下仪器倾斜不得超过30度。

、三件套故障排除：

1、电源指示灯不亮，说明电源没有进入仪器，在确定外部电源正常的情况下，检查开关，保险丝是否完好。

2、室内温度低加热指示灯不亮，应检查接触器是否有电，或接触器触点是否烧蚀，若指示灯亮而室内温度低则说明发热管坏。

3、室内温度高制冷指示灯不亮，应检查温控仪与制冷系统接线是否脱落。或指示灯亮则应检查过载保护器起动器是否完好，检查正常则压缩机坏进行更换。

4、室内温差大，应加装风机，通过上述检查除制冷系统故障需送维修部门修理外，其余故障都可自行修理。

本产品保用期为半年。

小王： 82型沥青薄膜烘箱是上海雷韵试验仪器制造有限公司自行研发的新一代仪器，根据GB5304-85《石油沥青薄膜烘箱试验方法》和T0610-1993《沥青旋转薄膜加热试验》的要求设计制造的。符合JTJ052-2011《公路工程及沥青混合料试验规程》中沥青旋转薄膜加热试验(T0610-93)的要求。主要用于测定热和空气对沥青质量的影响和重量变化。
