CPU 417-5H 是用于 SIMATIC S7-400H 和 S7-400 F/FH 的功能zui强大的 CPU, 可以用于实现 S7-400H 高可用性系统。也可结合 F 运行*一起用于 S7-400F/FH 故障安全自动化系统。

通过内置 PROFIBUS-DP 接可使它作为主站,直接连接到 PROFIBUS-DP 现场总线。

设计

CPU 417-5H 拥有:

  • 功能强大的处理器: 
    CPU 处理每条二进制指令的时间小于 7.5 ns。
  • 32 MB RAM(16 MB 用于程序,16 MB 用于数据): 
    用于 S7-400H 自动化系统的用户程序和组态数据的装载存储器;高速主存储器,用于与过程相关的用户程序的子程序。
  • 存储卡: 
    用于扩展内置装载存储器。除程序本身之外,装载存储器中所含的信息还包括 S7-400H 的组态数据,这就是要在存储器中占据双倍空间的原因。 其结果是:
    • 内置的装载存储器不能满足大程序量的要求,因此需要存储卡。 
      提供有 RAM 和 FEPROM 卡(FEPROM 用于在断开电源时保存数据)。
  • 灵活的扩展选件: 
    多达 262,144 点数字量和 16,384 点模拟量输入/输出。
  • MPI 多点接 
    MPI 可用来建立一个 32 个节点的简单网络,数据传输速率 187.5 Kbit/s。CPU 可以与通信总线(C 总线)上的节点和 MPI 上的节点建立zui多 64 个连接。

    支持系统冗余和 MRP(介质冗余协议)
