智能接口模块 IM 154-8 F PN/DP CPU 具有集成的 PLC 功能。所包括功能与 S7-300 CPU 315F PN/DP 功能相对应。

通过集成 PROFINET 接口,可将 IM 154-8 F PN/DP CPU 同时用作 IO 控制器和 PROFINET 上的 I 设备。

ET 200pro 可使用该接口模块功能来控制自动技术功能装置,如:

  • 输送系统,开关
  • 升降台
  • 定位任务

通过另外使用的 PROFIBUS 接口,可连接更多的分布式 I/O。为此,IM 154-8 F PN/DP CPU 可用作 PROFIBUS 上的主站或从站。

这样,广泛制造单元应用可使用预处理实现;也可单独操作。因具有 IP67 高防护等级, 可进行无柜安装。

接口模块和连接模块

IM 154-8 F PN/DP CPU 智能接口模块包括两个组件:

  • IM 154-8 F PN/DP CPU(6ES7 154-8FB01-0AB0 或 6ES7 154-8FX00-0AB0)和
  • CM IM PN DP M12 7/8" 连接模块 (6ES7 194-4AN00-0AA0)

两个部件均可单独订购。

IM 154-8 F PN/DP CPU 接口模块具有以下特点:

  • 3 个 PROFINET 端口 (2 x M12, 1 x RJ45)
  • 2 个 MPI/PROFIBUS 连接 (输入和输出, M12)
