本机用以将各种颗粒状原料压制成圆
片状，是适合批量生产的基本设备。压片
时转盘的速度、物料的充填深度、压片厚
度均可调节。机上的机械缓冲装置可避免
因过载而引起的机件损坏。机内配有吸粉
箱，通过吸咀可吸取机器运转时所产生的
粉尘，避免粘结堵塞，并可回收原料重新
使用。

This machine is designed for pressing round tablets from various kinds of granularmaterials. It is primary machine to fit batch production of tablets.
During operation, the speed of the turret rotation, the depth of the filling material and the thickness of the tablets can be adiusted. The mechanical buffer unit will prevent punches and apparatus from overload damage. A powder suction unit is attached to take in the residual powder can be eliminated and the collected powder material can be reused. This machine has won the fine Qulity Product Prize awarded by China National Medical Management Bureau.
