本机是一种双压式自动旋转，连续压片
的机器，将颗粒状原料压制成各种片剂。
它主要用于制药工业的片剂生产，同时适
用于化工、食品、电子等工业部门。

This machine is a double-press type continuous automatic tablet press for pressing granular raw materials into tablets. It is mainly used in
pharmaceutical industry and also the chemical, food, electronic industries.

1）可压制普通圆形片和各种异形片。
2）外围罩壳为全封闭形式，材料采用
不锈钢，内部台面用不锈钢材料，转台表
面经过特殊处理，能保持表面光泽与防止
交叉污染，符合GMP要求。
3）装有透明玻璃的门窗，能清楚观察
压片的状态，并且能全部打开，易于内部
清理和保养。
4）所有控制器和操作件均布局全理。
5）采用变频调速装置进行电气调速，
操作方便，传动平稳，安全准确。
6 ）所有的传动装置均布置在机器内
部，保持机件清洁。
7 ）配有过载保护装置，当压力过载
时，能自动停机。
9）冲模可与Z P 1 9、Z P 3 3等压片机通
用。

1）Produce all kinds of round tablets and irredgular tablets.
2）The outside part of the machine is fully-enclosed, The material of the cover and the insidebable face is stainless steel. The turret face is specially disposed
keeping the lustre of the face and prevent the cross pollution, meeting the GMP requirement.
3）It has transparent windows so that press condition can be observed clesarly and the window can be opened Cleaning and maintenance is easier.
4）The lay-out of all the controllers and the operate parts is reasonable.
5）The speed adjustment of the driver is controlled by the frequency conversion device.
6）All the drive devices are located inside the machine so keep the machine clean.
7）A overload protection unit is included in the system to avoid the damage of the punches and apparatus, when overload occurs,the machine stops automatically.
9）The punches and dies are also applicable to Model ZP19 ZP33.
