  加宽机门，以适合不同UPVC产品（尤其管件产品）抽插芯要求。

  两组抽芯（每组两进两出）

  镀硬烙射嘴（加大孔径），以确保粉料UPVC产品品质。

  镀硬烙PVC粉料螺杆，充分实现UPVC粉料的均匀塑化，并且有高度耐腐蚀性能。

多段机筒空气冷却，确保温度控制的准确性，适合PVC 、CPVC融溶温度范围狭窄的特性。

  加大油压马达适应UPVC粉料塑化时超高螺杆扭力的要求。

  Widen  safety  door  to  accommodate  the  core   pulling  cylinder  of  the  PVC  mould

  Two  groups  of  core pulling  devices,  including  2  sets  of  in/out   hose  fittings  for  core  cylinder  connectivity 

  Hardened  chromed  nozzle,  large  nozzle  holt  that  ensures  product  flow  and  volume

  Hardened  chromed  special  screw  for  PVC  powder,  excellent  plasticizing  and  highly  corrosion  resistant

  Barrel  fitted  with  blower  to  ensure  precise  temperature  control  with  an  even  narrow  melt  range

  Oversized  hydraulic  motor  matched  to  meet  the  large  torque  requirements  needed  for  plasticising  PVC
