超声波换能器是超声波焊接的核心组件，主要用于将电能转换为机械能（超声波）。 采用压电陶 瓷片，保证强劲稳定的超声波输出。超声波频率主要为 20kHz，可根据客户要求一起提供变幅杆和工 具头。 它由震浪*的数字式超声波发生器 TCR 驱动，TCR 是基于 IGBT 全桥移相技术，由震浪自行设计和 研发的产品，集成自动频率追踪、恒振幅输出、振幅 10-99%可调、可远程控制等功能，为用户获取 精准的谐振频率和能量输出保驾护航。工作过程中，TCR 会根据负载工作情况， 自动调整工作频率， 使整个超声系统始终工作在状态。
