DS-1402 可搭载 Intel® 7 制程的第 12 代 Core™ i9/i7/i5/i3（Alder Lake-S）处理器，可拥有高达 16 核心（8P + 8E）及 24 线程的配置，处理效能是 Comet Lake-S 的 1.35 倍以上。此外，透过 Intel® Xe 架构的 UHD 770 显示芯片，在 GPU 图像分类推理效能则是 Comet Lake-S 的 2.8 倍，非常适用于 AI 和多种边缘运算应用，展现强大的处理效能。

DS-1402 拥有丰富且专为工业需求设计的 I/O 接口，包括至多 2x 1 GbE LAN、6x USB 3.2、2x USB 2.0、2x RS232/422/485、2x 2.5 吋 SATA、3x mSATA、1x M.2 key M（适用于 NVMe SSD）、2x SIM 卡插槽、3x Mini-PCIe，以及独立的四显输出（DisplayPort、HDMI、VGA）。此外，尚可透过 Cincoze 专属的 CMI/CFM 模块可增加额外的 I/O 或其他功能，如 10 GbE LAN、PoE（网口供电）和 IGN（智能点火控制）等功能。
