·工艺特点介绍
1、柜门离地25mm
2、2.5mm厚的安装板，两边有20mm宽的U形弯边，使得安装板强度更大，也便于搬运
3、箱体上和门上都有地线连接螺栓
4、承重铰链安装容易，换柜门也容易。柜门可开启130°
5、安装板利用塑料滑引器通过导轨，可柜体从正面将安装板推入柜内
6、坚固的长方形框架不但可以加强前门的强度，还可以用来固定安装电器元件（配合门安装横条使用）
7、背板能很容易地安装，用螺丝固定；还可换装箱门
8、防雨锁，上、中、下三点锁紧柜门
9、密封圈：聚氨脂发泡密封胶条，确保防护等级
10、槽型箱边与密封圈配合防止水和灰尘落入柜内
11、左右互换开门设计，方便使用
12、标准模数化安装孔设计，方便安装
13、内灯，方便安装和检测（自选件）
14、安装梁，不使用安装板同样可以进行柜内安装
15、底座，拆卸、安装都很方便（自选件）
16、根据需要，柜内可以加装15-20mm厚的闭泡橡胶隔热层（自选件）
17、防雨顶棚，防止雨水进入

·Install panel strip
1. Cabinet door is 25mm above the ground.
2. 2.5 mm thick installation plate, both sides with U curve 20 mm width, making installation plate more strengthful, for easy transportation.
3. There are ground bolt on the cabinet and cabinet door.
4. Bearing hinge, install easily, change cabinet door also easily. Cabinet door can open 130°.
5. Installation plate makes use of plastic slip inducer over guiding rail, can push installation plate inside the cabinet from front.
6. Rigid rectangular frame can not only strengthen the strength of front door, but can also be used to fix installed electric appliance component (with horizontal door installation strip).
7. Back plate can be installed easily, fixed with screw; cabinet door can also be changed.
8. Rain protection lock can lock cabinet from top, middle and bottom three points.
9. Seal ring: polyurethane sealing strip insures protection grade.
10. Slot cabinet side and sealing rings preventing water and dust from entering cabinet.
11. Left-right interchangeable opening design for easily usage.
12. Standardized modular installation hole design, convenient installation.
13. Internal light, convenient installation and inspection(selective)
14. Installation beam, can also perform inside installation without installation plate
15. Base, convenient disassembly and installation (selective).
16. According to requirement, cabinet internal can be added with 15-20 mm unicellular rubber insulation layer(selective).
17. Rain protection tent, keep off rain entrance.
