LSK5705高速数控上拉式硬拉床是我公司自主研发具有知识产权的新产品 , 对主要部件通过三维建模、三维分析采用*的工艺手段制造出的位于前列台高速数控上拉式硬拉床。此型号拉床加工效率,工件单件加工成本大幅降低,可带自动上下料机械手连线生产。

　　该拉床主要针对热后工件的内孔、内花键及各种不同形状内齿进行整形加工;工件被拉削部位的较高硬度可达HRC60以上,是提高工件的内孔、内花键、内齿轮等表面粗糙度和齿形精度的关键设备。硬质合金刀具刃磨一次可拉削工件近万个,共可刃磨15次左右,该拉床的成功研制,为我国的拉床制造业一项空白。
