数控弯管自动上下料机
Automatic feeding and blanking machine for CNC tube bending
1、该设备是数控弯管机的辅助设备，用于给数控弯管机上料，下料，可以
适应Φ6~φ19mm线性管材的上料，下料，节约人工成本。
2、根据卸料机械手不同可分为：气动上下料机和伺服上下料机两种根据工
件长度不同可分为三档：100～450mm,100~800mm,100~1200mm。
3、另针对短管（50～100，50～150mm）可采振盘送料管端加工的管件也可适用。

1. The equipment is auxiliary equipment of CNC tube bending machine for its feeding and blanking. It is applicable to the feeding and blanking of linear tubes with diameter of 6 ~ 19mm to save labor costs.

2. The machine can be divided into two types according to mechanical arm for discharging: pneumatic feeding and blanking machine, servo feeding and blanking machine. The machine can be divided into three levels according to the length of workpiece: 100 ~ 450mm, 100 ~ 800mm, 100 ~ 1200mm.

3. Short tubes (50 ~ 100mm, 50 ~ 150mm) whose ends are processed through feeding with vibration plate can be applied.
