1、 该机具有自动下料、管端成型和三维数控弯管（两套）一体化功能，可自动完成盘料校直、定尺切断、管端成型、三维自动弯管、机械手卸料。
2、 可以单独作为三维数控弯管机或下料机使用，各自单机工作。
3、 采用无屑切割下料。
4、 信息化接口，可和工厂生产管理系统对接。
5、 满足长期每日20小时连续工作，及人身安全部位有防护装置及警示标识
6、 具有良好的检测系统和诊断功能。
7、 配备一位主动料架或内抽式料架。
8、 可拓展功能：打定位点一体化功能、冲孔翻边一体化功能、机器人挂架等。
