1、 该机具有自动下料、管端成型和三维数控弯管一体化功能，可自动完成盘料校直、定尺切断、管端成型、三维自动弯管、机械手卸料。
2. 整合左弯及右弯功能，可实现左右弯管一次完成，左右弯切换迅速。
3. 弯管机头采用全新设计，取消四连杆夹紧机构，夹紧可靠，避空好。
4.信息化接口，可和工厂生产管理系统对接。
5.可选配一机双模或一机四模结构。
6.配备一位主动料架或内抽式料架
7.可拓展功能：打定位点一体化功能、冲孔翻边一体化功能、机器人挂架。
1. The machine has the integrated functions of automatic blanking, tube end molding and 3D CNC tube bending to automatically complete preform straightening, fixed-length cutting, tube end molding, automatic 3D bending and mechanical arm discharging.
2. Left-bending and right-bending functions are integrated to achieve once and rapid switching of tube left- and right-bending.
3. The bending head adopts new design by which the clamping mechanism with four-bar linkage is removed for reliable clamping and appropriate clearance.
4. Provided with informative interface which can be connected to plant production management system.
5. A machine in dual modes or four modes is optional.
6. Equipped with an automatic or internal pulling rack.
7. Extendable functions: dotting anchor points, punching and flanging, mechanical arm hanging.
