Automatic CNC short tube cutting machine
1、该机专用于铜管盘管的校直及定长开料，采用锯片切割。送料采用同步带送料、步进电机驱动，触摸屏操作界面，送料长度及送料速度调整方便，在人机界面上可任意设定。整机包括主机校直机构、送料机构、切断夹紧机构、锯片切断机构、出料架、气液、电控系统等部分组成。
1. The machine is specially used for the straightening and fixed-length cutting of copper tube and coiled tube by means of saw cutting. The feeding is operated with synchronous belt driven by stepper motor through touch-screen interface. The length and speed of the feeding are easily adjusted and can be set arbitrarily on the man-machine interface. The machine comprises main straightening mechanism, feeding mechanism, shut off and clamping mechanisms, sawing shut off mechanism, discharging rack, gas-liquid and electronic control systems.
