性能、特点与用途 Performance，characteristics and application

HRBJ系列步进式排屑装置由液压系统、电控系统、槽体、推屑杆等组成。通过往复动力源驱动推杆往复运动，使切屑不断前进的排屑装置。主要应用于干式或湿式加工中各种材质和不同形状的切屑输送。特别适用于重型机床自动线生产和流水线加工钢件产生的长、卷状、团状切屑的输送。步进式排屑装置可根据用户要求安装在地面上或地沟内，单台可制成5～300m左右的输送线，尤其适用于轴承、火车轮毂、轧辊、回转轴承等特殊材料切屑的集中输送。

HRBJ series stepping chip conveyor consists of hydraulic pressure system, electrical control system,groove body and push rod. It is an automatic chip transport device. Push rod constantly propels chips forward by a reciprocating power source. This chip conveyor is mainly used for transporting chips of different materials and different shapes in dry or wet processing. It is especially suitable for transporting long chips, coiled chips and rolled chips which are produced by heavy machine tool automatic production line and assembly line that deal with steel pieces. Stepping chip conveyor can be installed on floor or in trench under horizon.

Single chip conveyor can be made about 5m to 300m conveyor line. It particularly applies to centralized transport chips of special materials, such as bearing, train wheel hub, roller and pivoting support etc.
