HRLX系列螺旋排屑装置主要用于输送机械加工过程中产生的各种材料的粉状、颗粒状或长度小于100mm的短切屑。可用于各种机床及机床安放空间比较狭窄的地方。安装方便，工作可靠，推进速度选择范围大。根据需要可选择A型：有芯、有集屑槽。B型：有芯、无集屑槽。C型：无芯、有集屑槽。D型无芯、无集屑槽。与其它排屑装置联合使用，可组成不同形式的排屑系统。
HRLX series screw chip conveyor is mainly used to remove powder, particle or short cutting chips which length is less than 100mm.This product can be put in narrow place which applied in various machines. It is easy to be installed, reliable and wide selection scope of impellent speed. You can choose what you required. Type A: with core shaft and collecting groove；Type B：with core shaft but no collecting groove；Type C：with collecting groove but no core shaft; TypeD: without core shaft and collecting groove. It can combine with other chip conveyor to make various type of chip-removal system.
