● 参照表之数值,找出相等或大於作动缸容积之 ----数字,即 可获得转换筒内径及长度,若有相同 __之数值,应考虑以小孔径者为优先较为经济。 ● 转换筒变位油量筒身之长度,建议zui小应大於 ----150mm。 ● 空油压转换筒油面上升速度zui小应大於 ----150 mm / sec为宜。 ● 空油压转换筒之安装位置必须为垂直方向,且 __高於作动缸。 | ● Refer to Table 1 to find the bore and length equal to or ----greater than this volume. ln general,longer converter ----of smaller bore size are economical. ● Suggested minimum internal lengthb is 150 mm. ● AIR-HYDRO converter should be sized so that the oil ----level does not change more than 150 mm/sec. ● AIR-HYDRO converter should be mounted vertically ----at the highest point in the system to allow self-bleeding ----of the converter. |

给油程序 |
1. 先将活塞拉至给油端的端点位置 2. 节流№全开 3. 将空油变换器顶端的*的给油孔的螺栓开启 4. 注油时以重力方式向下注入 5. 油面高度*限位置为止,将螺栓锁紧(封闭注油孔) 6. 给完油後以约 0. 2MPa之压力将活塞推至另一端 7. 另一端重复步骤 2 至步骤 5 的给油要 8. 给完油後,再以0. 2 MPa的压力使活塞做往复运动 2 ~ 3次即可 |
