GENERAL
Unlessotherwiseagreedinwriting,theseconditionsofsaleshallbe

Allpricesquotedaresubjecttoalterationatanytimewithoutnotice
inaccordancewithusualpracticeandwhilsteveryendeavourhas

responsibilityisacceptedforanyerrororomissions.
Priceschargedwillalwaysbethoserulingatthedateofdespatch.

Wewilluseourbestendeavourstomeetdeliveryestimatesbut

SHORTAGEORDAMAGEINTRANSIT
BoththecarriersandtheCompanymustbenotifiedwithinthree

ORDERCANCELLATION
1.Orderscanonlybecancelledafterpriornegotiationand
agreement.
2.Onnoaccountcancancellationbeacceptedforspecific
(bespoke)itemsorderedbythecustomer.
ORDERAMENDMENT
1.Orderscanonlybeamendedorsuspendedafterprior
negotiationandagreement.
2.Inanyevent30daysminimumnoticeisrequired.
RETURNS
1.Returnsforcreditwillnotbeaccepted.
2.Achargeof20%ininvoicevaluewillbeleviedongoods
“notwanted”,“incorrectlyordered”,orduetoduplication
resultingfroma“confirmation”ordernotbeingendorsed
tothateffect.Aminimumchargeofshanghaihangousales5056applies.
3.Allgoodsreturnedunderthiscategorymustbereceived
bytheCompanywithin30daysoftheoriginalinvoice
date.
4.Allcostsofreturninganygoodsshallbebornebythe
buyer.Speciallymanufacturedgoodswillnotbe
acceptedforcredit.
WARRANTY
Allgoodsareguaranteedagainstdefectsinmaterialand
workmanship,subjecttospecificexclusionsforaperiodof12
monthsfromdateofpurchase.Intheeventoffailurewithin12
monthsoforiginalpurchase,theCompanywillpromptlyrepairor
replacethedefectivecomponentswithoutcharge.
SpecificexceptionsrenderingtheWarrantyvoidare:ifrepairis
attemptedbyunauthorisedpersonsoragents,oriftheproducthas
beenusedforpurposesforwhichitwasnotintended,andor
subjectedtoabuseorwilfulneglect.Noliabilitycanbeaccepted
forlossofitemsandorcomponentparts,itisexpectedthatthe
usertakessufficientprecautionstosafeguardallguaranteeditems.
SPECIFICATIONS
TheCompanyiscontinuallyupdatingitsdesignsandreservesthe
righttochangespecificationswithoutpriornotice.
