德国KERAFOL公司研发和生产的6 W/mK 高导热系数产品，广泛应用于高科技领域，汽车电子，航空航天，工业电源，电脑笔记本，芯片CPU,GPU，IGBT等产品的导热。

不含硅的特性由合成热聚合物组成并适用于快速有效的散热，特别适用于对有机硅敏感的应用。产品长期稳定性保证在整个生命周期内可操作，在正常应用下条件，导热硅脂不会固化干燥和融化。
