非线性、多尺度的材料与结构建模平台

Digimat 使工程师们能够对复合材料进行微观和宏观分析,预测其表现并计算其机械、热及电气特性,以供各种类型的下游故障影响分析使用。
对于模制材料而言,工程师们通常通过收集材料信息来开始建模,并结合来自  Moldflow、3D-Sigma、Moldex3D、Simpoe 或其他注模仿真解决方案的定向数据。Digimat-MAP 可计算来自注模网格的残余应力及温度,并定义理想结构的故障影响分析网格。因此,许多用户直接采用 FEA——例如 MSC Nastran 和 Marc,以及其他有直接接口的解算器。他们也可以使用 Digimat 的 MF、 MX、FE 模块来查看复合材料及其组分的试验数据,并评定有希望的候选材料。在制造期间,用户可查看部件几何形状、材料流之间的紧密联系、所生成的纤维定向以及所有这些对部件最终机械行为的影响。

Digimat-MF


Digimat-MF 是 Digimat 中的平均场均匀化模块,能够定义本地材料行为与以下材料行为的关系:
1.基体相与内含物相
2.复合微观结构形态(内含物的重量、形状及尺寸)
Digimat-MF 是一款用户友好的微机电材料建模软件,用户可按树形数据结构的引导,输入各个相的材料行为、微观结构描述以及作用于多相材料的加载。

Digimat-FE


Digimat-FE 用于生成各种材料微观结构(塑料、橡胶、金属及石墨等)的实际表征体积元(RVE)Digimat-FE 可描述复合材料的微观结构及其组分的材料特性,以便生成复合材料的实际表征体积元的 FE 模型。
Digimat-FE 使用 Abaqus/CAE 来生成微观结构网格和真实有限元模型,然后用 Abaqus/Standard 进行解算。模型后处理在 Abaqus/CAE 和 DIGIMAT 中完成。

Digimat-MX


Digimat – MX 是一个复合材料数据库,可提供不同应变率、温度等情况下的实验数据。它包含各种 Digimat 材料文件,这些材料文件是根据实验数据进行逆向设计生成的。该软件显然有助于在相关方之间或者仅在公司内部实现数据共享。它提供了进行参数识别的优化工具,并可针对整个材料范围轻松而高效地逆向设计 Digimat 材料模型。

Digimat-MAP


Digimat-MAP 是一款三维映射软件,用于将纤维定向、残余应力及温度数据从注塑成型网格变换到结构有限元分析网格
Digimat-MAP 已充分整合到 DIGIMAT 的多尺度建模过程中。Digimat-MAP 是一款精确高效、灵活可靠的软件工具,用于在不同的注塑成型网格与结构分写网格之间变换纤维定向、残余应力及温度数据,这些数据用于 Digimat-MF 与有限元分析的接口(ANSYS、LS-DYNA、Abaqus、PAM-CRASH 及 SAMCEF 等),可执行的非线性多尺度分析。

Digimat-HC


Digimat-HC是一款用于夹层板的弯曲及平面剪切试验的多尺度建模工具。它是简便全面、精确灵活的软件工具。
Digimat-HC 考虑了微观结构对夹层板的夹心材料及表面材料的影响:
•对于蜂窝状夹芯材料,Digimat-HC 可根据蜂窝单元晶格的几何形状来计算均匀化特性。
•对于表面材料也同样适用。表面材料由给定方向、厚度的若干层板按给定顺序堆积而成。每一层板可在宏观或微观层面进行定义。在本例中,Digimat-MF 根据各层的微观结构描述来计算其宏观刚度特性。

Digimat-AM


Digimat Additive Manufacturing (AM) is a holistic simulation chain for AM, providing the unique combination of material engineering, process simulation and structural engineering to bring AM efficiency and performance to the next level.

By applying multi-scale material modeling techniques to AM of polymers (unfilled and reinforced), Digimat virtual material compounding and characterization is a key enabler to developing new materials. Users can significantly reduce physical tests, understand key parameters driving the material behavior and easily create new material systems such as lightweight lattices, opening the door to even more innovative designs.

For Additive Manufacturing to make a successful transition to a standard production technique, dedicated design and engineering tools are required. By enabling as-manufactured part performance predictions – and therefore design optimization, integrative simulation such as proposed by e-Xstream is certainly a must. By accounting for the printing direction and the effects of defects, customers are now able to perform accurate structural analyzes and bring more confidence in the design validation of Plastic and Composite parts.

Digimat-RP


Digimat-RP (Reinforced Plastics) is an easy and efficient solution for the design of fiber reinforced plastic parts. It provides engineers with a guided workflow tool that aids in the setup and streamlines the process of accurate analysis of plastic parts in a robust, fast and easy manner. It bridges the gap between injection molding and nonlinear FEA of plastic parts.

Digimat 5.0.1 supports the setup of 3D analyses with Marc, Nastran, Abaqus, Ansys, and LS-Dyna based on Moldflow, Moldex3D, Sigmasoft or Timon 3D processing results. All Digimat solution technologies are supported. Jobs can either be run and monitored on a local computer or packaged for the remote solution on a cluster.

Digimat-RP is an intuitive 3-step process that enables a part engineer (not necessarily a material expert) to do predictive analysis of plastic parts using one single process oriented product (RP) instead of the original four. RP is easy to learn and to use by “non-experts". The experts can continue to use the general-purpose building blocks and prepare the models for easy use in RP.

Digimat-VA


Digimat-VA (“Virtual Allowables") is an efficient solution that empowers engineers to virtually compare materials before going into the lengthy physical allowables. By generating virtual allowables, engineers can now start the component design in parallel to the physical allowable campaign.

Digimat-VA is a vertical solution is developed to compute, instead of test, the behavior of composite coupons (unotched, open hole, filled hole, ...) to screen, select and compute the allowables of composite materials.
