1.首先，应将切物料洗净去杂，假如被切物料混有沙石与泥块，刀刃口与刀板容易损坏和磨钝。物料切割直径应不超越80mm，假如大于此直径须切成小块。

2.合上开关，打开壳体门，压合保险开关XK，壳体门关闭不到位时，不能压合开关XK，线路不通，电机不能运转。

1.将进料斗用螺钉紧固在壳体进料口处(为便于包装及运输进料斗拆下)

2.检查壳体内能否有异物存在，将壳体内异物肃清掉，否则容易惹起刀片的损坏。

3.清算操作场地，检查电源电压能否与本机运用电压相符，找专业电工将机器电源线接在全 极断开大开距的电源开打开，接地 标志处牢靠衔接地线。合上开关，按下“开”按钮，检查转向能否正确(正视转盘，顺时针方向为正确)，否则，切断电源调整接线。

3.
