1、将水箱内清洗干净，加满水；主槽体内注入清水至溢水口有水溢出；

2、启动输送网带电机，使网带正常运行，方向正确；

2. Start the conveyor belt motor to make the belt run normally and in the right direction;

3、启动旋涡泵，将空气注入水箱水中，使箱内的水翻腾；

4、开启喷淋管阀门，使水均匀的喷淋在网带上；

5、检查各运转部位，确定正常运行后即可工作；

6、视物料的清洗程度，可以单独清洗好后，再使网带传送。
